International Security Expo set to be a hotbed for new product launches

International Security Expo will welcome hundreds of global exhibitors when it returns to Olympia, London from 28 - 29 September. Security and counter-terror professionals will be able to source, test and buy new product launches and game-changing solutions from the world’s leading suppliers including Heras, HS Security Group, Mitie, Bastion Security Products, ADANI Systems, Leidos, Marshalls and more.

For example, Audax will showcase its full range of next-generation wearable security solutions including its “flagship” product - the award-winning BIO-AX® Camera System. Audax recently announced it has secured the provision of a significant number of its latest body-worn video cameras, Bio-AX®, for Mitie Security’s frontline security team in Regent Street.

Also representing the body cam market, Halo Technologies will introduce the revolutionary 'HALO Connect 4G Bundle' which launches in September 2021. Specifically designed to improve profitability, enhance team performance and create shift efficiency, the product presents an industry-first 'always-on' data management capability that automatically connects body-cam footage via any 4G network to the cloud. Alan Whitley, Managing Director at Halo Technologies said: "We're proud to have added two new solutions to our portfolio, including an industry-first 'Connected bundle' that harnesses the power of the UK's 4G mobile networks. The International Security Expo represents an exciting opportunity to showcase our latest technology and software developments”.

Providing a full end to end perimeter protection solution, Heras will showcase its recently launched Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS) - fence mounted detection systems GeoMic and GeoPoint tied in with its integrated systems offer - and the newly launched Saros traffic barrier. Attendees can also visit its stand to find out more about Connect, its new ‘smart’ service, security rated fencing including Zenith SR1 and SR3, and its B700 full height turnstile.

Elsewhere, ADANI Systems will display its range of innovative high-technology solutions, including the BV STREAM, intended for X-ray screening of backpacks, bags, parcels and personal items to detect blades, firearms, ammunition and any other prohibited items. While Everbridge a global leader in critical event management (CEM) will showcase its end-to-end disaster response and resilience solutions on the show floor and in the Product Innovation Theatre. Everbridge provides CEM solutions for both government entities and private enterprise, including Risk Centre for monitoring threats and analysing and responding to risk; Public Warning for countrywide or geo-located population alerting; and Control Centre for physical security information management (PSIM).

In addition to new product launches on the show floor, the International Security Expo Product Innovation Theatre will help attendees gain insights into the latest products and technologies that are shaping the future of the security industry. Experts from SafetyFlex Barriers, Exeon Analytics, Q Cyber, Census Labs, Robin Radar and Everbridge will deliver short presentations on their security innovations, with examples of real-life applications.

Uniting the worlds of cyber and physical security

For the first time in the show’s history, International Security Expo will be co-located with a brand-new security event, International Cyber Expo, which will bridge the gap between the physical and cyber security industries. Aimed at Government and CISOs, it will showcase the very latest technology and services from the industry’s leading suppliers including Tripwire, Jacobs, Dencrypt and Ascentor.

Among the businesses confirmed to exhibit is 3M™, a trusted global leader in visual privacy ad screen protection. With a growing focus on privacy protection and potential fines for data breaches running into millions, businesses are facing increasing pressures to ensure compliance. 3M™ will help attendees discover an easy-to-implement first line of defence against costly breaches using

its Privacy Filter range for monitors, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Using advanced microlouver technology, the range blacks out unwanted side views whilst ensuring a crisp, clean image when looking directly at the screen.
